Science 1 for Young Catholics

"My seven children and I absolutely love this science text! We are delighted to get a break from the typical format of most science texts and embrace the family-friendly, literary style of a science reader through this book. My children love the stories interwoven into the lessons, and the pictures really speak to their hearts. Personally, I love how tastefully the mother and children dress in this book as well. It reinforces our love for modesty and style. I am also so grateful to have a text that thoroughly covers aspects of science and health that we encounter in our daily lives. As a very busy mother, I don't always have time to explain these things to my children, and this text and accompanying course make sure I do. Thank God for yet another amazing Catholic textbook! I have a special appreciation for Catholic science texts because my mother-in-law homeschooled over 40 years ago, and she would tell me how limited resources were back then. She wanted Catholic science texts so badly! And now we have them a plenty. "

"Any way to get the older edition of Science 1? I really wish I still had it. My kids do not enjoy the format of long drawn out conversations as a guise to teach information nor the emphasis on health and safety over other science topics."
