Focus on Confirmation

"I have used this book previously with 6 of my older children. It is a great for reviewing all the necessary catechism which one should now before confirmation. The book had previously been printed on magazine type paper which made it difficult to write in and turn pages. It has been several years since I purchased a copy and I was so glad it is printed on different paper now."

"I received this today. I ordered it to help me prepare my 10 year old for Confirmation. She is slightly younger than the target age for this book (about 11 to 12 year olds, I believe), but I think that by working closely with her on it, she will be fine. I bought this because I had seen it recommended by several home educating mums. Having read through a fair bit of chapter one, and skimmed through the rest of the book, I can see why. This book is thorough! By the end of it, whoever uses this book will be well prepared for receiving the Sacrament! It is such a relief to have this to help me prepare my child, as my own Confirmation catechism experience, and those I have been able to witness, left me with the feeling that I still didn't quite get what Confirmation was. Hopefully by the end of this book, my daughter (and myself...) will feel that she knows exactly what she Confirmation is. Thank you for putting this guide together for us."

"I like the book, but it's very dense. For us it was fine, but I could see if you had a child that was not a strong reader, it would be a lot to take in. The information is all important, but it's a lot of information per lesson. Great book. Very happy with it. "
