Wonderful Biology Course, August 10, 2008 Reviewer: Beth in Missouri
This was one of the easiest courses for me to teach. But don't let the word "easy" fool you, my son learned a lot! He enjoyed it so much, that I did not have to remind him to do the work, and the book is written so well (with homeschoolers in mind) that he rarely needed any instruction from me. The labs were easily done at the dining room table, so on his transcript I can put a grade for lab. The only drawback is that Seton has not included it in their lessons plans, not yet anyway. My son will be taking the Chemistry course this year.
My younger child is using the Zoology books with much success and enjoyment.
I wish I had discovered the Apologia Science books sooner!
