Please do not send cash through the mail. Security of your financial data: Seton Educational Media uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time SEM asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. REQUEST A CATALOG We are happy to send you a free Seton Educational Media catalog in the mail upon your request. RETURN POLICY You may return any materials within 45 days of receipt for a full refund. We ask that returned materials be in "new" condition. If an order error was made by Seton we will gladly make the matter right by sending you the correct items and a prepaid return label. Please note that we can only accept software returns if the seal on the product is unbroken. We ask that you examine software carefully to make sure that you have received the correct edition and format (Windows or Mac) before opening the item. If you receive a product from us that was missing pages, printed improperly, or defective in any way, please notify us and we will send you a replacement at no cost. REFUNDS If you are due any amount for a refund, we will do so in the same manner by which you originally made your purchase. If you paid by a credit card, we will refund the same credit card. If you paid by check or money order, we will send you a check. If you would like to receive your payment in a different manner than that which you used, please include written notification along with the items that you are returning.
